The stone complex villa Laura is placed in Brela, at only 180 m distance to the sea and nearest pebble beach and there you will find many sport and leisure time facilities (Jet Ski, parachuting, banana). Right by the villa is the nearest grocery store and on the promenade to the sea you will find two restaurants which offer both meat and fish specialties.

The first house on the property was built in 1810 a renovated in 2006. It spreads on a surface of 83 m2 and consists of a ground and first floor, connected with indoor wooden staircase. The ground floor has a surface of about 40 m2 and there you fill find a fully equipped kitchen (gas, electricity, microwave, coffee machine, wash machine, dish washer), dining room and bathroom, one bedroom with sofa bed for two persons. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom. This holiday home accommodates comfortably up to 6 persons. The house is fully air conditioned and with Wi-Fi Internet and satellite TV.

The second villa on the property is a little bit smaller house (surface of about 40 m2) and it accommodates comfortably up to 4 persons. The house was built around 1900 and completely renovated in 2010. On the ground floor there is a triple bedroom and a bathroom. An antique staircase leads to the upper floor where the kitchen with sofa bed for one person is placed. The kitchen has exit to a covered terrace with stunning view to the sea, Pisak (small tourist resort) and to the garden. The villa was built in old traditional Dalmatian style and during the reconstruction only original materials were used. The villa is completely air conditioned and with Wi-Fi Internet and satellite TV.

Both holiday homes have a private parking place at only 4 m distance from the complex.
The outdoor area is at the disposal of all guests staying on the property and it occupies a private pool (app. 7.3 x 3.5 m), covered terrace for pleasant evenings by the pool, big barbeque area.
