Villa Miranda is a new and modern villa, built in 2005, with a lot of the old and traditional charm. It is placed in a serene wine region of Konavle in South Dalmatia, on a hill overlooking the beautiful wine country. Distance to the sea and the nearest beach is 10 km and to the airport 22 km.
Villa Miranda spreads on 3 floors and occupies a big outdoor area with beautiful garden, outdoor pool and parking. The ground floor is built out of original old vaults (more than 400 years old) and houses and it consists of a wine cellar and a spacious game room. There is a large pool table in the game room, which converts easily to a ping pong table. On the first floor is the main living area with large kitchen, dining room that sits comfortably ten people and open living room. On this floor there is also the master bedroom with large king size bed and glass door leading to the outside balcony, bath with large Jacuzzi tub, guest bedroom and another large bathroom. The second floor is a great place to relax, read, work on the computer or even watch TV and here you will find three more guest rooms with double beds (two bedrooms have also an additional bed), a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
