This newly built villa was made as a combination of the Mediterranean way of living – laid-back and full of history and modern perfectionism. It is situated in the most noble and green district of Dubrovnik – Lapad, only 23 km from the airport. The calm neighborhood is protected by trees of the surrounding forest and the villa has an incredible view over the Gruz harbor and the Franjo Tudjman bridge. The sea and a shopping centre are only 350 m away (5 min walking distance) and the old town of Dubrovnik is 15 walking minutes away.
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom (shower and bidet, 1 with Jacuzzi), 2 twin bedrooms, 2 additional rooms for clothes and cleaning.
First floor: large living room with modern leather ensemble and fully equipped kitchen, large table with space for up to 8 persons, additional toilet for guests; terrace with swimming pool and showers, table with additional seats for relaxation.
There is also a barbeque area for small grill party with your friends and family.
Villa’s appliances: oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, phone, TV satellite, stereo, DVD, Internet; sea view terrace and balcony, furniture in terrace, safe, alarm, free fans, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, garden, pool, parking.

Payment conditions: 70% upon reservation and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: daily house rent, use of all appliances in the villa, tourist tax, welcome pack (water, wine, Nescafe coffee, fruit).
Extra payment:
Security deposit is 500 Euro.
Minimum stay is 7 days in July and August (arrivals on Saturday).
Only small pets are allowed – 10 Euro/day/pet.
