Villa Anita is placed on a property of 600 m2 in Guduce, a small and quiet place on the northwestern part of the island of Ugljan. Ugljan is a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes. It is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).
Traditional Dalmatian building with all modern features, villa Anita, is the ideal holiday home for those who want to escape from the hustle of modern life yet within easy reach of the main cultural and historic attractions of the area. A stone wall and iron fence surround the property and guarantee complete privacy to the guests. Villa Anita spreads on two floors and accommodates up to 10 persons in 4 bedrooms and on the pull out sofa in the living room. The ground floor consists of exclusively furnished living room, open-plan Italian rustic designed kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are placed. All the bedrooms on the upper floor are with air conditioning and sea view. Outdoor is a big terrace with furniture and grill area, gazebo, well maintained garden and private pool with sun lounges.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker; satellite TV, phone, internet access, air conditioning, floor heating, swimming pool, gazebo, lounge area, grill, well maintained garden, terrace, private parking; baby cot available upon request.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all house appliances, final cleaning, weekly linen and towels set, tourist tax.
*Additional services (baby sitter, maid, chef, massage, grocery supply and others) are available upon individual request.
