This lovely villa with pool is situated in Guduce on the island of Ugljan and it is the ideal holiday home for all those who are searching for complete relaxation, away from the tourist crowds. Guduce is a small village located on the north west part of the island Ugljan, which is a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are in Ugljan (2 km), nearest pizzeria is in Muline (1 km). Ugljan is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).
Villa Gaia is a sea view holiday home that was built in traditional Dalmatian style with modern features and it offers the highest standard of accommodation. Villa has wooden beam ceilings, high quality ceramics tiled floors, floor heating and it consists of basement, ground floor and gallery. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, Italian rustic designed kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. A wooden staircase leads from the living area to the gallery with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outdoor is a beautiful half-covered terrace with dining furniture and marvelous sea and sunset views, swimming pool and beautifully maintained garden with agave and other Mediterranean plants.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all house appliances, final cleaning, weekly linen and towels set, tourist tax.
