Luxury villa built in a traditional Dalmatian style with high modern standards; it is situated in preserved and unspoiled nature on the island of Ugljan. Ugljan is facing the National park of Kornati and it is placed among other national parks (Plitvice lakes, Krka, Paklenica) and parks of nature (Telascica and Vrana Lake). It is known for its beautiful landscape, preserved Mediterranean nature, great cycling paths and many sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar). Villa Ksenija is situated in Guduce, a small village on the northwest part of the island Ugljan. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are 2 km away from the villa (Ugljan) and the nearest pizzeria is to be found in Muline at 1 km distance.
Villa Ksenija is a charming holiday home and it comprises of a basement, ground floor and gallery. It has wooden beam ceilings and high quality ceramic tiled floors with floor heating. The ground floor consists of a spacious and exquisitely furnished living room with exit to the terrace with furniture, dining room, Italian rustic designer kitchen, double bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. The remaining two twin bedrooms are on the gallery and each is with its own bathroom and air conditioning. On the western part of the property are the private swimming pool with sun lounges and a gazebo with furniture. The property is surrounded by a handmade stone wall and iron fence, which provide complete privacy to the guests.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all house appliances, final cleaning, weekly linen and towels set, tourist tax.
*Additional services (baby sitter, maid, chef, massage, grocery supply and others) are available upon individual request.
