Villa Nikolina is situated in Guduce on the island of Ugljan, only few steps away from the pebble beach. Guduce is a small village located on the north west part of the island Ugljan, which is a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes. Ugljan itself is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).

Villa Nikolina has direct access to the beach and it is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, active family vacation or relaxing break with friends and family. It is situated in a peaceful surrounding among other luxury villas, the nearest restaurant and grocery store are 2 km away (Ugljan) and the nearest pizzeria is in Muline at 1 km distance. Villa’s Dalmatian style architecture is in perfect harmony with the surrounding. The surface of the house spreads on a basement, ground floor and gallery. The ground floor consists of a comfortably furnished living room, open plan kitchen, master bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. Two other bedrooms are situated on the gallery and both of them have a private bathroom. The big Mediterranean garden offers stunning sea, sunrise and sunset views and you can fully enjoy on the terrace with furniture or by the pool. The pool is placed on the eastern side of the villa, which ensures even bigger privacy on the pool area because on this side there is nothing but the vegetation, while on the western part of the villa there is the access road for the villas.

Villa’s appliances: fully equipped kitchen – oven, stove, fridge, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker; plasma TV, CD/radio, DVD player, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, wireless internet, lap top, air conditioning, swimming pool, grill, well maintained garden, terrace, gazebo, private parking.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes: villa rental, use of all house appliances, final cleaning, weekly linen and towels set, tourist tax.

*Additional services (baby sitter, maid, chef, massage, grocery supply and others) are available upon individual request.
