Villa Palma is a lovely villa with pool, situated in Guduce on the island of Ugljan and it is the ideal holiday home for all those who are searching a complete relaxation, away from the tourist crowds. Guduce is a small village located on the north west part of the island Ugljan, which is a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are in Ugljan (2 km), nearest pizzeria is in Muline (1 km). Ugljan is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).
Villa Palma is situated on a property of 600 m2 at only couple of steps distance from the pebble beach. It is a traditional Dalmatian house with wooden beam ceilings, ceramic tiled floors, floor heating and with all modern appliances. Villa Palma consists of a basement, ground floor and galley. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, fully equipped Italian designer kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom. The galley consists of two bedrooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Outdoor you can fully enjoy a beautiful sunset on the covered sea view terrace or by the private pool with panoramic view to the sea and nearby islands.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all house appliances, final cleaning, weekly linen and towels set, tourist tax.
