Villa Zara is situated in Guduce on the island of Ugljan, only few steps away from the pebble beach. Guduce is a small village located on the north west part of the island Ugljan, which is a part of the Zadar archipelago, situated near the national parks of Kornati, River Krka and Plitvice Lakes.The nearest grocery store and restaurant are in Ugljan (2 km), nearest pizzeria is in Muline (1 km). Ugljan itself is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, beautiful landscape, rich Mediterranean nature, cultural and historic legacy, great cycling paths, plenty hill footpaths and sport facilities. A regular ferry line (each hour) connects the island with the shore (Zadar).
The architecture of the villa retains traditional Dalmatian style which is in perfect harmony with the surrounding. Villa Zara has wooden ceilings, high quality ceramics tiled floors and floor heating. The house consists of basement, ground floor and gallery. The main door leads from the garden into the exquisitely furnished living room, open plan kitchen with Italian rustic fitting, shower room with toilet and a bedroom. The gallery features two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Outdoor is a half-covered terrace with sitting furniture, private swimming pool and a well maintained garden for pleasant and romantic evenings and complete enjoinment.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all house appliances, final cleaning, weekly linen and towels set, tourist tax.
*Additional services (baby sitter, maid, chef, massage, grocery supply and others) are available upon individual request.
