It is situated in Icici, only 2 km from the center of Opatija and is easy reachable by car or if you are landing on one of the near airports (Rijeka 40 km, Pula 100 km, Zagreb 180 km). This exceptional villa offers absolute comfort and luxury and it will give you everything you need to relax and entertain completely while staying in Croatia.
Two floors of the villa are at the guest’s disposal. On the first floor there is the intimate wellness center with sauna, shower and massage table, gym and billiard room with Ping-Pong table. The second level contains luxury equipped and furnished rooms made from tastefully chosen materials (white, blue pearl and African granite). There is an impressive hall, big loggia, elegant dining set, luxury kitchen/dining room with all modern appliances, grandiose living room with home cinema and elegant pure leather sofa set, paintings of Croatian artist Claudio Frank, master bedroom with king size bed (mahogany parquet and sea view), comfortable bedroom with queen size bed and mahogany parquet, 2 twin bedrooms, one extraordinary bathroom in natural onyx with Jacuzzi, one bathroom in luxury ceramic with steam-bath, separate toilet and wardrobe room.
Outside area of the villa contains a private swimming pool with extensive terrace and sun loungers, dining space with barbeque and granite table with sea view, garage for 6 cars, Mediterranean garden, private playground for basketball and mini football.

Villa’s amenities: individually controlled air-condition in kitchen/dining room, living room and two bedrooms, central heating, safe, dining inside and outside, two outside dining sets, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, satellite TV in living room and 3 bedrooms, home cinema and CD player in living room, free wireless Internet with complimentary notebook, telephone in home with charge by real usage, Jacuzzi steam-bath, washing and drying machine, hairdryer,  iron, silk bedding, bamboo towels, wellness center with sauna, shower and massage table, fitness room, billiard room with Ping-Pong table, swimming pool, sun loungers, BBQ, playground, garage for 6 cars, pool and garden maintenance.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% eight weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes: villa rental, bed linen change (once per week), bath towels change (3 times per week).

Security deposit is 2000 Euro (cash, at arrival).
