Villa Cocco is located on the island of Ciovo, only 2 km away from the ancient city of Trogir, which stands under the protection of UNESCO. It is only 10 km away from the Split airport and due to its position in central Dalmatia it is easy reachable from all parts of Europe.
This lovely villa was built in 2011 and it is placed directly by the sea and in front of the villa is a nice pebble beach. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are only 200 m away; the bus station is at 100 m and all other necessary facilities are also at 200 m distance (aperitiv bar, hairdresser, disco, souvenir shop, pharmacy, playground for kids…). The house sleeps comfortably up to 10 persons in 4 bedrooms and 2 extra beds, each bedroom has also a bathroom. Villa Cocco has a living room and kitchen, dining room, large terrace with furniture, sun lounges at the pool, fire place and parking lot for guests.
Villa's appliances: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, barbeque, TV satellite, stereo, internet, safe, alarm, air conditioning, heating, baby cot and high chair available on request, terrace with sea view and furniture, electric grill, balcony.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: house rental, use of all appliances, end cleaning, towels changed once a week.
