Villa Milena is built on the hillside with beautiful views on the olive groves, vineyards and to the sea. The peaceful stay among olive trees, lavender and roses is ideal for anybody searching for relaxation and privacy. Porec is only 8 km away with its cultural monuments, sport activities, restaurants, coffee bars and beaches.
Outside: fenced plot, private parking, outdoor terrace and garden with barbeque and pizza oven, pool.
Ground floor: cloakroom and a separate toilet, bright living room and dining room with an open fireplace and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen.
Upper floor: two double bedded rooms and a bathroom with shower.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen - coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, dish cloths; air conditioning, radio, satellite TV, phone, garden, barbeque, parking, internet.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.

Supplement for internet: 20 Euro/Week.
Minimum stay: 02.06. & 22.09. is 7 days; other periods: 4 days (arrivals on Saturday).
