Villa Elena is situated in a quiet residential area of Kozino near Zadar, far away from car noise and the crowds; at only 80 m distance to the sea. It is the ideal place for a quiet vacation for you and your closest friends and family members. It is only 8 km away from Zadar, Petrcane are at 4 km distance and the tourist resort Zaton is 7 km away. The nearest marina is on Borik, Zadar, at 6 km distance from the house.
Nearest grocery store is only 800 m away, a couple of restaurants are at 1 km distance from the villa, while tennis and golf courts, as well as other sport and free time facilities are to be found in Petrcane, Borik and Zaton.
The villa is situated on a private property of 1300 m2, that is surrounded by a tall stone wall (2,20 m) with private parking for the guests. Villa Elena is surrounded also by a rich Mediterranean garden, which together with the stone wall guarantees the privacy for all guests on the property. There is a big private pool in the yard (72 m2, 1,50 m deep) with sun lounges, sunshades, shower, fitness…
The owners of the villa live on the ground floor, but the guests have their separate private entrance to the villa and complete privacy. The two upper floors with balconies and sea view, as well as the outdoor area (garden and pool) are at the guests’ disposal. On the first floor there are the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, double bedroom with private bath and view to the garden. The dining and living room have exit to the big terrace. An indoor staircase leads from the 1st to the 2nd floor, where the bedrooms are placed – double bedroom with extra bed, private bathroom and park view; double bedroom with extra bed, private bathroom and sea view terrace; double bedroom with bathroom, sea view terrace and a small single bedroom.

Villa’s equipment: fully equipped kitchen – microwave, coffee machine, water heater, dishwasher, pool, parking, garden, wireless Internet, satellite TV in each bedroom, DVD and satellite TV in the living room.

Payment conditions: 20% upon reservation and 80% 30 days prior to arrival.

Price includes: villa rental, use of all amenities in the villa, electricity, water, change of bed linen once a week, wireless Internet, tourist tax.

Extra payment:
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Breakfast (upon request): 10 Euro/person/day.
Other services – purchase of local products (lavender, vine, bitter), order of grilled fish or meat, massage on the pool – available upon request and at extra cost.

Minimum stay: 7 days, day of arrival – Saturday.
