Village Krmed is situated in green countryside of the Croatian county Istria, 12 km from the sea and about 25 km from Pula (airport) and 63 km from the airport in Rijeka. Villa Ruzic offers a luxury stay in a peaceful place, surrounded with beautiful nature and with a nice view on the forest. It is an old stone farmhouse built in 1910 in a characteristic Istrian style and renovated in 2009. It offers complete elegance, comfort, peace and privacy. The elegant furnishings provide a welcome and warm atmosphere in 4 comfortable double bedrooms, each with a private bath. There is also a large living room with fire place, large modern and well equipped kitchen and a wine cellar with a range of the best Istrian wines and high-quality olive oil. Outside the house is a large garden with old trees and large swimming pool surrounded by old stone wall providing complete peace and privacy to the guests.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, satellite TV, DVD, balcony, furniture in terrace, safe, fireplace, alarm, air conditioning, heating, garden, pool, parking.
