Villa Anthemis is situated in a beautiful landscape near the village of Lakovici and it offers lovely accommodation for groups up to 8 persons in a new and comfortable house built in 2006.

Villa Anthemis is placed on a ground that is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves; it has a large garden with well-kept lawn, olive trees and the swimming pool. The sunny position of the villa offers beautiful panoramic views from the terrace and the sun deck; it is a nice location for a relaxing vacation. The village is located near bigger Istrian cities, which makes this house the ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar… The nearest pebble beach is at 14 km distance, the same as the supermarket, shopping center, restaurant, sports center.
Villa Anthemis is a new, cozy and comfortable villa on 2 storeys that was tastefully furnished in a rustic style with exposed beam ceilings. Ground floor: large living/dining room on 2 levels with open fireplace, satellite-TV, DVD, 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 beds , open kitchen, all rooms are with exit to the terrace/garden. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (bath/WC, exit to the balcony).
Villa Anthemis has a sister villa that is also situated in the hamlet Lakovici – Villa Achillea, that is very similar to Anthemis. It is also a new house tastefully designed and furnished. If you are travelling in a bigger group (up to 16 persons) and you want to stay near, you can rent them together.
Villa's facilities: fully equipped kitchen - 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, micro wave, washing machine, TV satellite, DVD, safe, iron, hair dryer, alarm, baby cot (on request), air-conditioning, heating, parking (fenced, 2 cars), terrace, garden with lawn and plants and garden furniture, lawn sunning area, swimming pool, BBQ.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax, towels, bed linen changed once a week, gardening (on Wednesday)

Security deposit: 500 Euro
Welcome pack is 30 Euro, includes: mineral water, milk, Nescafe coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam or marmalade, margarine / butter, ham slices, cheese.
Pets on request only: 5 Euro/pet/day
Minimum stay: 3 days; July and August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday)
