The village Livade is the best known location for truffles, situated in northern Istria. It is at about 70 km away from the airport Pula and at 30 km from the nearest beach.
Casa Maria is situated on a small hill and it has an uninterrupted view over the Mirna valley and the fortified town of Motovun. It is a holiday home built in 1781 and renovated in 2011 that is suitable for up to 5 persons. On the ground floor is a large living and dining area with open fire place, kitchen, one double bedroom and toilette with shower unit. On the first floor is one twin bedroom. Outside is a large terrace with barbecue and pool area.
Villa’s amenities: living room with open fire place, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, TV satellite, DVD; terrace with furniture, garden, pool, parking, cot available.

Payment conditions: 70% upon reservation and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.
Extra payment:
Security deposit: 200 Euro.
Minimum stay: 3 days, July and August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
