Stanzia Cocci is a family property since 1871 that was recently renovated (2008) for a luxury accommodation using natural materials and taking care of the building's authenticity. It is situated in Lukoni, near village Brtonigla about 5 km from the coast and the closest beaches. Villa is surrounded with approx. 7 hectares of olive trees and vineyards. The house itself has a kitchen, large dining room and living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms) and bathrooms.
In the front of the villa is a private pool (9 x 4,5 m) and 40 m2 terrace with a BBQ area. At the back of the house is a wall-enclosed tenement with a gate. There is only one neighbor on the backside of the villa which is not visible from the courtyard. On the right side of the house there is owned woodland. The environment, the untouched nature and the position apart from the villages are the main values of this villa property (280 m2).
