This beautiful stone house was built in 1903 and renovated in 2005, it is situated in the village Markovac in central Istria and it accommodates up to 8 persons.

This house is a typical Istrian stone house of very high standard. It is located in the small village Markovac near Visnjan which is famous for its observatory. It is about 12 km away from the sea and the beach (near the summer resort town of Porec). The house has its own private pool (7,5 x 3,5 m), garden with BBQ and parking. Casa Bernobic is on two levels. The entrance door will lead you to the kitchen, dining room and the tavern with open fire on the ground floor. The stairs will take you to the first floor where you will find two double bedrooms and the one twin room and two bathrooms with shower and a living area with satellite TV. Another stairs will bring you to one bedroom with two single beds and one double bedroom.
Villas amenities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine BBQ, satellite TV, baby cot available, pool, parking, garden, balcony with sea view.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.

Pets are allowed only at request and free of charge.
