Villa Kluni is situated in a quiet and beautiful part of West-Istria, in the middle of a vineyard on the hills of the village Kluni-Momjan near the town of Buje. Bigger cities like Umag (17 km), Novigrad (18 km), Porec (25 km) are easy reachable by car just like smaller villages Groznjan and Oprtalj known for their wines, olive oil and arts.
On the ground floor is the living room, dining room and a big and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric stove, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine. On the first floor are two bedrooms sharing one bathroom and one bedroom with its private bathroom and balcony. From the terrace spreads a beautiful view on the green environment. The house is air conditioned and outside the house there is a private parking, swimming pool, a summer kitchen with fire place, garden furniture and barbecue. The house was furnished and fitted to suit you the best and beside the mentioned facilities there are additional services that are available on request (cook, maid, laundry, child care…) and 21 km away from the villa is also a golf course.
Villa’s amenities: Terrace, balcony, air conditioning, heating, pool, garden, parking lot, BBQ, washing machine, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, fire place, sat TV, gas stove, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% one month prior to arrival.
Prices include: villa accommodation, VAT and tourist tax, use of linen, towels and utilities, electricity, hot and cold water, air conditioning, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance two times per week (depending on need).
Extra payment:
Security deposit is 300 Euro.
Pets allowed ONLY on request: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay in July and August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
