Villa Momiano’s property is situated on the edge of the picturesque medieval hilltop little town of Momjan, with views of the old castle ruins and surrounding vineyards. Momjan is typical small Istrian village placed about 20 km from town Novigrad. Villa is a solitary house built in 1968 and renovated in 2002 with the garden of 2000 m2. There is a swimming pool (3m x 9m), garden's furniture, barbecue and a park with the swings and games for children. Near the house, there are some of the famous Istrian wine's producers and in their wine cellars where you can taste and purchase wines. The villa is perfectly located to explore the northern part of the Istrian peninsula, which is an area well known for its wines, truffles and olive oil.
Ground floor: kitchen, cloakroom and bathroom, living room and dining area with open fireplace.
First floor: double bedroom, twin bedroom, loggia overlooking the garden and pool
Outside: large garden, outside terrace with in-built barbeque, private pool 9m x 3m, shower, electronic gates and private parking

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, gas, cleaning (once a week), change of linen (once a week), pool and garden maintenance, tourist tax and registration fee.
Extra payments: Security deposit is 200 Euro. Pets (on request) - 10 Euro/day.
