Okrug Gornji is a summer village famous for its pure sea and great entertainment. It is placed on the island of Ciovo, which is connected by a small bridge with the historical museum town of Trogir. It is situated near the Split airport (12 km) and near the A1 Highway, so it is easy reachable from all around the world.
Villa Carla is situated only 80 m from the nearest beach and the beautiful and clean Adriatic Sea. The nearest grocery shop and the bus station are only 200 m away and Trogir, with its various cultural and entertaining offers is 4 km away.
Villa Carla can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in 4 bedrooms (2 double and two single rooms). It has also a kitchen with dining room, sitting room, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful garden with terrace and private outdoor swimming pool (18 m2).
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, air conditioning, TV Satellite, Internet access, DVD, Hi-fi, garden furniture, terrace, pool with sun lounges.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen / towels, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax.
Extra payment:
Security deposit: 300 Euro (credit card authorization).
Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August, in other periods shorter stay is possible.
Day of arrival: Saturday or Sunday in July and August.
