Villa Klokoc is a luxury holiday home situated near Dubrovnik (12 km) and is easy reachable landing on the Cilipi airport (30 km). It stands on a ground near public transportation and the ferry port in Dubrovnik. You will find the supermarket at 500 m distance and the beach is only 1 km away. It is in a good position to be the starting point for many excursions on the nearby islands and even to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
This luxury holiday home is a lovely house with breathtaking view on the sea and the islands (Elafiti islands, Mljet, St. Andrew) from all rooms and the terrace. It was fitted to suit you the best and provide you a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your friends or family. The house is outside covered with white Brac stone.
Ground floor: living room with couch for six persons, LCD satellite TV 42’’, stereo, floor heating, fully equipped kitchen with cooking pane, oven, microwave, fridge, dish washer, dining room with dining table for six to eight persons, bathroom, terrace with furniture.
First floor: three bedrooms (two double, one twin bedded), work room with internet access and couch (can be a spare bed) and can be used as an additional living room, two bathrooms.
