This house is located in a peaceful location with great open views on the sea and the countryside. The garden with Istrian plants is surrounded by a stone wall that is securing the privacy of the guests. The position in Central Istria gives the opportunity to visit all the old cities and islands by making daily excursions while staying in this lovely house. It is only 3 km away from the town Lovrec and there you will find restaurants, cafes, grocery store, post office, exchange office and other facilities. The nearest beach, sport center and marina are in Vrsar (15 km). Ground floor: Living room (TV/SAT plasma, fire place), kitchen, dining area for 8 persons, toilet, 2 x double bedrooms, bathroom with bath, double bedroom with en suite shower room/WC, utility room (iron). Upper floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom/bath. Outside area: private garden, private parking (under pergola, 2 cars), pool. Villa Chondrilla has a sister house - Villa Chamomilla – that was made in the same architectural style in the same village.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.
Extra payment:
Security deposit is 400 Euro.
Welcome pack is 30 Euro, includes: mineral water, milk, Nescafe coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam or marmalade, margarine / butter, ham slices, cheese.
Pets on request only: 5 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 3 days; July and August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
