Villa Mare is a beautiful authentic Dalmatian holiday home situated right on the beach and sea level. It has a spacious garden with palm trees, rosemary, lavender, hibiscus...that you can enjoy while relaxing on the terrace/garden furniture. Whole property has a magnificent sea view on islands Korcula, Mljet and islets in between that gives a romantic feel to it. The house was originally built in 1905 and recently renovated (2009). The villa has a kitchen, dining and living room (with fireplace), 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and three bathrooms (one with bathtub, two with showers). It is perfect for a group up to 7 + 2 guests. Distance to the airport Dubrovnik – 130 km, to the old town of Dubrovnik -100 km; distance to the town of Split – 177 km and to the airport Split – 190 km.
Villa is equipped with air-condition and heating, satellite TV, HI-FI device, DVD player, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with filter, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, garden furniture, deckchairs and private parking place for the guests, private pool with sea water. Internet access is available as a baby cot (at request).

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: VAT and tourist tax, change the towels every day, bed linen change two times weekly, daily cleaning, welcome package
Minimum stay is 4 days. Pets are allowed only on previous request.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
