Villa Orebic is located in one of the most beautiful parts of south Dalmatia, in port town Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula. It comprises a property of 12 000 square meters of pure luxury which was made with the idea to provide you peace, relaxation and comfort. Its occupancy is 16 persons in 8 double rooms. There are 6 bathrooms with shower, in one there is a bathtub and there are 2 with only a toilet. There is a private pool in the house property with sunbeds, as well as a beautiful garden with garden furniture and a lounge area ideal for an afternoon chill or a coffee break. There is a big living room in the house, comfortably furnished, a reading point, fireplace and a nice view to the sea. The kitchen is new and fully equipped and there is a big dining room with a big dining table and seats for you and your friends or family. The outdoor dining table with seats and a BBQ is ideal for pleasant evenings and dinners while you are staying in this magnificent villa. You can spend your evenings also on the terrace with sea view or on the balcony that is lovely furnished. The house has its own parking place and a wine cellar.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power and water, change of linen and towels, tourist tax, welcome pack, internet access, daily cleaning
Extra payments: Security deposit is 1000 Euro.
Pets are not allowed. Minimum stay is 7 days in high season (2.7. – 3.9.) and 4 days outside high season.
Laundry service, tennis courts and a private coach on request at extra charge.
