Villa Oleander is situated directly by the sea in the bay of Osibova. The island of Brac is an island in Central Dalmatia that is easy reachable due to regular daily ferry lines from Split, no matter if you are coming by car, bus or landing on the international airport of Split. The nearest bigger center on the island is the small town of Milna (at 2 km distance) with its various touristic offer, restaurants, shops…
This holiday house provides a quiet and private holiday for smaller groups of friends or family members. It has various Brac stone terraces and steps that lead to the sea and the swimming platform. Spectacular views over the bay spread from the terrace, balconies, wooden sun deck, private sitting areas and the outdoor living area.
The villa is elegant and comfortable with a big open plan living area and spacious bedrooms. The floor-to-ceiling doors open to tiered terraces, master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea and nearby islands.
Villa’s amenities: several terraces with sea view, balconies with sea view, lounge/living room, open plan dining room, open plan TV room, air conditioning in the hallway by bedrooms (not in the bedrooms), safe, baby cot, garden, sun deck, parking for 1 car, gourmet kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, gas BBQ, Satellite TV, Stereo, 2 DVD’s, Internet access.
Additional services are available on request (caretaker, cook… ).

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% three months prior to arrival.
Price includes: electricity, provision of cotton linen and towels (changed weekly), gas, water, heating, final cleaning.
Price does not include:
Security deposit: 1000 Euro.
Tourist tax: 1 Euro/person/day.
Maid service on request: 15 Euro/hour (2 hours minimum).
Minimum stay: 7 days in high season (otherwise flexible).
Arrival day: Sunday.
