Villa Nicole is a beautiful holiday home that is situated in a peaceful surrounding only 2 km from Opatija and it is a great place for a relaxed vacation. It is in a good position to be a starting point for many excursions to the nearby cities and islands.
Villa Nicole is a newly built house that is modern furnished and fully air-conditioned. The living area of the house consists of the basement, ground floor and first floor. In the basement is the garage that leads direct to the house. On the ground floor is an apartment with one bedroom and living area with pullout sofa for additional 2 persons, a bathroom with washing machine and a guest toilet. On the first floor is a lobby which consists of a living room that is surrounded by glass walls with fireplace, sofa and satellite television. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with table for 10. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The first one is double bedded with en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower, wardrobe and terrace. The other two bedrooms (one is double and one twin bedded) share one bathroom with whirlpool tub. The outside area consists of a spacious garden with swimming pool, outdoor shower, sunbathing area and covered gazebo with barbeque. There is also a tennis court, sauna and Jacuzzi that can be used free of charge. Villa Lorena is Villa Nicole’s sister villa that is situated nearby and can be rented together with Nicole if you are travelling in a bigger group of friends or family members (up to 19 persons).
