Villa Ariana is exclusive three-bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. It consists of ground floor, mezzanine, first floor and second floor. Ground floor features large living room, dining area that opens to a large terrace overlooking the sea and islands. There are also fully equipped kitchen and separate toilet room as well as storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the lower level there is partially covered pool, sauna and shower as well as room with fitness equipment while on the first floor there is double room with ensuite bathroom and French balcony, the other room has twin beds, ensuite bathroom and a French balcony. Top floor consists of double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and French balcony and the hallway opens to a glass terrace with sea view. Villa also features roof parking for 2 cars.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes: villa rental, welcome package, housekeeping 1 x week (for minimum stay 1 week), change of linen, towels, beach towels (for minimum stay 1 week), final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, concierge service, sunbeds by private pool, sunbeds by shared infinity pool, sunbeds at the beach.

Price does not include:
Tourist tax - obligatory (1,40 Euro/day/person - for adults, for children 12 - 18 years 50% off).
Daily housekeeping: 80 Euro per day

Continental buffet breakfast upon request at price 20 Euro/person (children 3-12 yrs get 50% discount)
