Villa Antina is placed in the hamlet of Radici (13 km from Porec) in Istria, in a beautiful setting, surrounded by woodland. The position of the village makes it an ideal place to stay in and a good starting point for many excursions to the nearby Istrian historical towns like Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar and Pula. The airport is at 50 km and the seaside distance to the beach is 13 km.
This holiday home is situated on a private ground of 6500 m2. The private property is placed a little bit outside the village so it is the ideal holiday home for a private vacation and complete relax. The nearest town is Sv. Lovrec – 5 minutes drive, and there you will find the nearest grocery store, post office and all other necessary facilities.
Villa Antina is an old and traditional Istrian stone house, built in 1945 and recently renovated in 2009 to fit all the demands of a modern man. The house spreads on two floors and offers a luxury stay for up to 6 persons. Ground floor: living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom bathroom with shower and washing machine. First floor: two double bedrooms with a nice view to the forest, bathroom with bath tub. The house is fully air conditioned. The outside area consists of a big garden, swimming pool, outdoor shower, a covered terrace with furniture, covered summer kitchen and barbeque area, parking. Internet connection isn’t available.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, barbeque, TV satellite, DVD, air condition, terrace with furniture, garden with pool, parking lot.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily house rent and use of all amenities, VAT and tourist tax.
Extra payment:
Security deposit is 300 Euro.
Pets are allowed: 5 Euro/pet/day
Minimum stay: July and August - 7 days (from Saturday), other months - 3 days (arrivals any days).
