Villa Prunella is situated in a beautiful landscape, surrounded by fields and woodland. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday and it is a good jumping-off spot for excursions to old Istrian towns like Porec, Rovinj, Pula… The property is situated in a quiet and elevated position in the countryside and it is surrounded by a lawn and a garden with local Mediterranean vegetation (with plants such as rosemary, roses and oleanders) and oval shaped swimming pool, at 13 km distance to the nearest pebble beach. This holiday house is a new, cozy and comfortable house on two storeys. It is built in a traditional style with local materials and rustic and tasteful furnishings.
Ground floor: living room with open fire place, satellite TV, DVD, exit to the garden, one double bedded room, bathroom with shower, dining room, open kitchen.
Upper floor: 3 double bedded rooms, two bathrooms, terraces with furniture, deck chairs and nice views.
Villa’s equipment: fully equipped kitchen – 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, TV satellite, DVD, terrace with furniture, safe, fireplace, alarm, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, deck, garden, parking, pool.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax, towel and linen change once a week, pool and garden maintenance.
Extra payments:
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Welcome pack: 30 Euro, includes: mineral water, milk, Nescafe coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam or marmalade, margarine / butter, ham slices, cheese.
Pets on request only: 5 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 3 days; July and August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
