This modern villa is situated in village Rakalj only 35 km from town Pula and 2 km from the closest beach. Captain's villa is located on a 2000 m2 estate with a swimming pool (10 x 5m), outside shower and a sheltered summer terrace with a dining table, grill and stone oven. Ground floor has a kitchen with dining table, living room with fire place and dining room, toilet and glass sheltered terrace. First floor consists of a smaller living room, five double bedrooms with two extra beds, two showers/toilets and one bath/toilet. The villa can accommodate a group of 12 persons.
Villa's appliances: safe, free fans, heating, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, BBQ, satellite TV, stereo, DVD, internet connection, garden furniture.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, final cleaning, change of linen and towels, tourist tax
Extra payments:
Security deposit is 500 Euro. Minimum stay is 4 days. For shorter stay, price increases for 30%
Pets are allowed, only very small (free of charge).
Welcome pack: 30 Euro. Includes: mineral water, milk, coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam/marmalade, margarine/butter, ham slices, cheese.
