Villa Mozara is situated in Rozat in Rijeka Dubrovacka only 6 km away from the old town of Dubrovnik and about 1.5 km from the yacht base Dubrovnik. The house is situated on a ground directly on the Adriatic highway, so it is easy reachable by car or if you are landing on the Dubrovnik airport. A bus station is at 300 m distance from the house. The house is not directly by the sea, but there are lovely beaches in this area (5 km distance) and it is in a good position for a pleasant walk on the ecologically preserved area around the marina with lovely restaurants and to explore Dubrovnik and its surrounding.
The holiday house Mozara spreads on two floors. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and pantry. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, living room, gym and a play room with darts board and table football.
On the front side of the house is a balcony on the first floor and terrace with table for 8 persons and a lounge area is on the ground floor. There is also a pool with sun bathing area for relaxation. The pool is fenced with a wall to preserve completely the privacy of the guests. Around the house there are grass gardens with fruits and flowers.
The house was completely fitted and furnished to suit you the best. Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cook, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, juice maker, grill, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, satellite TV, DVD, internet, computer, telephone, air conditioning, garden, four parking places, pool, counter-current swimming, sun lounges, exercise devices, bike, darts, table football, car with driver (if necessary).
