House Sara is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the village of Selca on the island Brac, completely renovated in 2004, that accommodates comfortably groups up to 8 persons.

This charming house is situated in the peaceful village of Selca on Brac with views on the village and to the sea. House Sara is located in the picturesque village, only 300 m from town center, grocery shop, pharmacy, clinic, bus stop and the exchange office. The nearest beach is 2 km away.
House Sara has been equipped with all the equipment you might need, its interiors and grounds have been tastefully designed. The house accommodates up to 8 persons in 3 double bedrooms with the possibility of two extra beds. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, the bedrooms and a bathroom with bath tub and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. In front of the house there is a big terrace with outside fireplace and a big garden (500 m2) and there are also five parking spaces that are available.
House amenities: washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD player, hair drier, iron, ironing board, barbecue, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, baby cot and high chair on request available, fully equipped kitchen - stove (2 gas cookers, 2 electric plates), oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, mixer, kettle.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six week prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily house rent, electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden maintenance, tourist taxes.

Security deposit is 150 Euro (credit card authorization)
