Villa Lucia is a cozy 2-storey house in Selca on the island of Brac. It was 2004 renovated and offers a nice stay for up to 8 persons.

Villa Lucia is located in a quiet resort and on a sunny, elevated position 100 m from the center of Selca and there you will find grocery store, clinic, exchange office, pharmacy... It is about 2 km from away from the sea and the beach. The house has been equipped with nice and comfortable furnishings and the whole property is fenced and surrounded by a garden with plants and flowers, a round swimming pool and two terraces.
On the ground floor there is a living room/dining room with SAT TV, stereo and air conditioning, two double bedrooms, a kitchen with dining corner, a bathroom (shower/bidet/WC/Jacuzzi) and a separate toilet. Outside is a terrace with dining table and fireplace and stairs that will bring you to the upper floor where a double bedroom and a bathroom are situated.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen - 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, mixer; washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD player, hair drier, iron, ironing board, barbecue, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, baby cot and highchair on request available.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: tourist tax, daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels (change once per week), garden and pool maintenance.
Extra payment:
Security deposit is 300 Euro (credit card authorization).
Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August (arrivals on Saturday).
