Casa Suna is a beautiful eco-house built 1750 and renovated 2010. It is situated in the village Sinozici near Porec (12 km) and accommodates up to 7 persons.

This beautiful holiday home with pool is situated in a small Istrian village of Sinozici. The distance to the sea and the nearest beaches is 12 km (Porec, tourist centre, sport activities, entertaining events) and the nearest airport is 59 km away (Pula).
The villa Casa Suna is built of natural materials (stone, wood, terracotta) on two levels. The outside area consists of a garden with pool, barbeque and terrace with the entrance to the house. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with fire place, dining area, kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin room and two bathrooms with shower. The external stairs lead to the upper floor with a spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a single room, that are connected and there is also air conditioning.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, TV satellite, DVD, fireplace, heating, baby cot available, garden, pool.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.
Extra payment:
Security deposit is 300 Euro.
Pets are allowed: 5 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay is 7 days in July and August (arrivals on Saturday).
