Villa Albina is situated in eastern Istria, about 20 km away from Labin and at 23 km distance to the tourist resort Rabac where you will find a rich entertaining offer and nice beaches, the airport is 66 km away (Pula).
The guests have the possibility to relax and enjoy in complete privacy while staying in this house with beautiful views on the surrounding and on the Adriatic.
The house is surrounded with a big garden with pool. Outside there is also a big terrace with out-door dining and barbeque for pleasant evening meals with your friends and family. The house is completely air-conditioned and it spreads on two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with large living/dining area, one en-suite double bedroom and a toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 en-suite bedrooms.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, SAT TV, fire place, air conditioning, heating, terrace with furniture and grill, pool, parking lot.
There are also additional services that are available on request – cook, maid, laundry service, child care…

Payment conditions: 70% upon reservation and 30% two months prior to arrival.
Prices include: luxury accommodation for 8 people, use of linen, towels and utilities, electricity, hot and cold water, air conditioning, final cleaning ,garden and pool maintenance two times per week (depending on need).
Extra payments:
Tourist tax: up to 1 Euro/person/day.
Security deposit is 300 Euro.
Supplement for Internet: 10 Euro/week
Pets (only small pets allowed): 5 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: July and August – 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
Note: swimming pool is open 15.04. – 31.10.2012.
