Villa Baderna is situated in Stifanici, at about 12 km from the main touristic resort in Istria - Porec. It is the ideal place to stay for everybody who wants to explore the whole Istrian peninsula. Distance to the nearest airport is 50 km (Pula), the nearest beach is about 17 km away and grocery shops, post office...are only few minutes of driving away – in the small town of Baderna or St. Lovrec.
The villa was renovated in 2009 and offers a peaceful stay for up to 8 persons. It has splendid views over its surrounding. On the ground floor are the open plan and fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and one double bedroom. The first floor consists of one double and one twin bedroom which share one bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Outdoor is a covered barbeque area with small summer kitchen and outdoor furniture, deck chairs and umbrellas, private swimming pool, garden and parking lot.

Payment conditions: 70% upon reservation and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, use of all appliances, VAT and tourist tax.
