Villa Lorena is situated in Sutivan, on the island of Brac in Central Dalmatia. It is about 300 m away from the town centre, where you will find the bus station and the grocery shop. The sea is also at 300 m distance and the beach is 500 m away. The pharmacy, clinic, exchange office, petrol station and ferry port are 7 km away from the house.
This charming villa was renovated in 2004 and it accommodates guests on a ground of 600 m2 with a 20 m2 pool and a beautiful garden.
The ground floor of the house consists of a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining room, a sitting room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. One bathroom in the house is with a shower and the other is with bath tub. Outdoor is a nice big garden with pool, garden furniture, outdoor fireplace and barbeque.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, filter coffee machine, microwave; washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD player, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, barbeque, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance.
Extra payment: Tourist tax: up to 1 Euro/person/day (depending on the season).
Security deposit: 300 Euro (credit card authorization).
Minimum stay: 7 days in July and August, arrivals on Saturday.
