This beautiful villa is situated near the small village of Sutivan on the island of Brac in central Dalmatia, near Split; but is still placed in complete privacy in a secluded area. All the necessary you might need during your vacation, you will find in Sutivan (2 km) – the beach, shop, exchange office, bus stop… The ferry port with regular ferry lines to the coast is at 7 km, as well as the pharmacy, clinic and petrol station.
Villa Luce is situated on a ground of 3000 m2, surrounded by pine trees, a big garden with beautiful olive orchard, private swimming pool and tennis court. The house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house surrounded by a stone wall, ensuring you complete privacy. The large garden and poolside terrace are perfect for an evening out with your friends or family members. The whole house is spacious and open plan with natural wood flooring and simple and elegant furnishings. On the ground floor are the kitchen, open plan living room and dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass door leading to the terrace and a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. On the first floor are the bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms.
Villa’s amenities: central heating, cooling fans, internet connection, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen – 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, mixer, kettle; washing machine; indoor fireplace, dining and garden furniture, tennis court, large swimming pool, parking lot, baby cat and high chair available on request.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: house rental, tourist tax, electricity, water, change of towels every 2 days, change of bed linen every 7 days, pool-towels change every 2 days, initial and final cleaning, welcome gift, internet access, parking, baby cot and high chair.

Security deposit: 500 Euro (cash, on the arrival).
Day of arrival in July and August: Saturday.
