The island of Brac is easy reachable landing on the Split airport or Brac airport and there are also regular ferry lines that connect the island of Brac with other Croatian islands as well as with the coast. The town centre of Sutivan is only 100 m away from the villa and there you will find the clinic (200 m), exchange office (200 m), bus stop (150 m), grocery shop (300 m), the nearest petrol station is at 20 m.
Villa Pia is a traditional Dalmatian stone house that is over 250 years old, situated only 30 m from the sea and the beach. It was completely renovated in 2011 and it offers a pleasant stay near the beach Bunta. It accommodates comfortably 10 persons in 5 bedrooms (3 double, 2 twin) and has 3 extra beds.
On the ground floor there are the kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor is a kitchen with sitting room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a 25 m2 terrace overlooking the pool. Second floor: kitchen with sitting room, 6 m2 terrace overlooking the garden and pool, 2 bedrooms with sea view overlooking the Brac canal, a bathroom.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee maker, microwave, oven, mixer; washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, hair dryer, iron, barbeque, internet connection; garden with flowers, terrace, outdoor private pool (fresh water).

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily rent, tourist tax, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance.
Extra payment:
Security deposit: 300 Euro (credit card authorization).
Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August, arrivals on Saturday.
