Villa Lathyrus is situated in an elevated position near the old medieval town of Sv. Lovrec. The nearest airport is at 45 km distance (Pula) and the seaside distance to the beach is 13 km. The nearest grocery shop is at 600 m and the restaurants are at 5 km. It is an ideal starting point for trips to other interesting and ancient cities in Istria.
This holiday home is placed in a quiet, sunny and elevated position. It is a comfortable 2-storey house with rustic and tasteful furnishings and big garden and pool area. Built in a traditional style using local materials with stone walls, this villa offers the authentic experience of countryside living. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, exit to the terrace, one double bedded room and shower/WC, open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher), separate WC. Upper floor: one double bedded room with bath/WC and air conditioning, one double bedded room with shower/WC and air conditioning. Outdoor is a large covered terrace with furniture, portable barbecue and deck chairs. This holiday home and the L-shaped private pool (50 m2, depth 100 – 150 cm) overlook the lovely landscape and the picturesque town on the hill.
On the same ground, close to the main house is a guest house with a bedroom, shower/WC and exit to the terrace and pool.

This villa is situated in the village among other 6 villas, built in the same traditional Istrian style using natural materials (stone, wood, terracotta) to harmonize with the surrounding. Each villa has their own private garden with pool, providing peace and privacy to the guests. Lathyrus’s sister villas are: Villa Melissa, Villa Malva and Villa Mentha.

Facilities: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, barbeque, satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, central heating, alarm, fireplace, safe, iron, hair dryer, reserved parking (fenced, 4 cars), pool, baby cot available on request.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.

Prices include: daily house rent, electricity, water, VAT and tourist tax, towel change twice a week, linen ones a week, pool and garden maintenance.

Extra payments:
Security deposit is 400 Euro.
Pet allowed only at previous request and charge of 5 Euro/pet a day.
Extra bed: 40 Euro/person/day.
Welcome pack: 30 Euro. Includes: mineral water, milk, coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam/marmalade, margarine/butter, ham slices and cheese.

Minimum stay: 3 days; in July and August: 7 days (arrival on Saturday).
