The lovely villa Melissa, built 2006, is situated near the ancient medieval town of Sveti Lovrec and is suitable for a relaxing vacation in a natural landscape for 8 guests.

The villa is situated between woods and olive groves with a nice view to the old town and to the sea in the distance. Its position makes it an ideal place to stay in and a good starting point for many excursions to the nearby Istrian historical towns like Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar and Pula. It was built in a traditional style using white Istrian stone and is surrounded with nice lawns, a swimming pool, terrace and sun deck. The house takes place in a sunny, elevated position in the countryside at 13 km distance from the sea. It has 2 floors on which you will find living/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, air-condition and exit to the garden and the terrace; 4 double bed rooms, two of them are with shower/bidet/WC , two of them have an exit to the garden and they all have air-condition; fully equipped open kitchen. The house occupies also a big outdoor area with garden with lawn, lawn sunning area, swimming pool, terrace with furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. The villa was carefully furnished in a rustic style with attractive décor ceilings.
This villa is situated in the village among other 6 villas, built in the same traditional Istrian style using natural materials (stone, wood, terracotta) to harmonize with the surrounding. Each villa has their own private garden with pool, providing peace and privacy to the guests. Melissa’s sister villas are: Villa Lathyrus, Villa Malva and Villa Mentha.
Facilities: fully equipped kitchen - 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, toaster washing machine, BBQ, safe, iron, hair dryer, reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars), terrace furniture, fireplace, alarm, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, DVD.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, change of linen and towels, tourist tax
Extra payments:
Security deposit is 400 Euro.
Pet allowed only at previous request and charge of 5 Euro/pet a day.
Extra bed: 40 Euro/person/day.
Welcome pack: 30 Euro. Includes: mineral water, milk, coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam/marmalade, margarine/butter, ham slices and cheese.
Minimum stay: 3 days; in July and August: 7 days (arrival on Saturday).
