Villa Mentha is situated between woods and olive groves with a nice view to the old town and the bell tower of Sv. Lovrec and to the sea in the distance. Its position makes it an ideal place to stay in and a good starting point for many excursions to the nearby Istrian historical towns like Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar and Pula. The airport is at 43 km and the seaside distance to the beach is 15 km.
This villa is a comfortable holiday home with rustic, tasteful and cozy furnishing. Ground floor: large living/dining room with open fire place, satellite-TV, DVD and air conditioning, exit to the garden and the terrace, open plan kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher), 2 double bedrooms with shower/WC and air conditioning, one separate toilet. Upper floor: one double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning and one double bedroom with bath/WC and air conditioning, exit to the terrace. Outdoor: large covered terrace with furniture, portable barbecue, deck chairs, reserved parking, pool.
This villa is situated in the village among other 6 villas, built in the same traditional Istrian style using natural materials (stone, wood, terracotta) to harmonize with the surrounding. Each villa has their own private garden with pool, providing peace and privacy to the guests. Mentha’s sister villas are: Villa Lathyrus, Villa Melissa and Villa Malva.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, barbeque, TV satellite, DVD, terrace with furniture, safe, fireplace, alarm, air conditioning, heating, garden, cot available, pool, reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars).

Payment condition: 70% upon reservation and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily house rent, electricity, water, VAT and tourist tax, towel change once a week, linen ones a week, pool and garden maintenance.
Extra payment:
Security deposit is 400 Euro.
Welcome pack: 30 Euro, Includes: mineral water, milk, Nescafe Coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam or marmalade, margarine/butter, ham slices, cheese.
Pets on request only: 5 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 3 days; in July and August: 7 days (arrival on Saturday).
