Umag is a small town port on the north-western coast of Istria. It’s the Croatia’s gateway to Europe (40 km from Trieste, Italy; 150 km from Ljubljana, Slovenia; 50 NM from Venice, Italy). Situated at only 95 km from the airport the town is easily reached from all directions and parts of the World. It is a famous holiday resort, known for its many attractions, rich cultural heritage, sport tournaments and extraordinary excursion possibilities as well as rich hinterland with a great offer for adventure enthusiast.

Staying in this beautiful villa, you will have it all – your complete privacy and beautiful nature surrounding as well as the possibility to participate on many events and take trips to discover the peninsula. The property is situated at only minutes away (150 m) from the beaches, shops, restaurants, hotels, recreational areas, tennis courts, jogging and biking trails, children parks… It is surrounded by a large and mature Mediterranean garden with pine, magnolia and palm trees and agave plants and directly in front of the villa is the ACI marina.

Ground floor: spacious living room and open plan kitchen, exit to the garden with terrace, fire place, LCD TV with satellite, DVD, many art works, high class Italian furniture, office with internet access; summer kitchen and laundry room, spa area with separate entrance, gym, Jacuzzi tub, sauna, bathroom with shower, LCD TV and CD/DVD system
First floor: TV room with satellite LCD TV, 2 x double bedroom with balcony, seating area, sea view; big bathroom with shower; main suite with two bedrooms and a private bathroom with bath tub, balcony; separate suite (for 2 -3 persons) with backdoor entrance – living room, spacious kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony, ideal for guests, babysitter or house service.
Outdoor: sea front Mediterranean garden, outdoor shower, fire place and outdoor dining, pool, private parking for three cars.

Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, barbeque; TV satellite, stereo, DVD, internet, fireplace, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, fitness room, garden, pool, parking, baby cot and high chair available on request.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.

Prices include: daily house rent, electricity, water, heating, wireless internet, bed linen changed once a week, fresh towels twice a week, use of the spa area.

Extra payment:
Tourist tax: ca. 1 Euro/person/day.
Security deposit is 500 Euro.

Minimum stay: July and August - 7 days (arrivals: Saturday or Sunday).
