Villa Fine is situated in Valbandon (Pula), only 10 km away from the nearest airport. Valbandon is a small tourist destination in southern Istria, situated near the National Park of Brijuni. It is well known for its long pebble beach and many restaurants.
Villa Fine is a lovely holiday home for 4+1 persons. It offers nice stay for its guests in a peaceful and natural surrounding. The house was completely renovated in 2011 and offers all modern facilities for a complete and relaxing vacation only 800 m away from the beach. Villa consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bedroom with additional sofa bed; one twin bedroom) each with exit to the terrace, park and pool view, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub) and outdoor area (terrace, garden, pool).
Villa's appliances: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, barbeque, TV Satellite, terrace with furniture, balcony, fireplace, alarm, air conditioning, baby cot available, heating, garden, pool, parking.
