Villa Ana is a part of estate Vlakovo that has a total of four Istrian country villas with shared pool. Villa is built in a country style with the large outdoor swimming pool made of stone. The estate is situated on the shore of eastern Istrian coast, in the village of Vlakovo, only 15 km from Labin, closest town with great sights to Raski kanal and islands Cres and Losinj.
Guests can enjoy their holiday in this picturesque country side and peaceful surroundings. This elegant and modern equipped estate with sophisticated interior style provides unforgettable holidays. The estate is approached along a pebble track. Passing through the gate, you enter into the courtyard.
Villa Ana consists of spacious kitchenette/dining and living room on the ground floor and a large terrace equipped with table and chairs and a beautiful view to the sea. On the same ground floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor consists of three double rooms and one twin room, each with an en-suite bathroom or its own separate bath/shower and terrace with a marvelous sea view.
Villa's appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, phone, satellite TV, DVD, Internet access, BBQ, air conditioning, baby cot available, terrace furniture, safe, garden, pool, parking lot...
*Villa Ana has 2 sister-villas, Maggie and Biljana, situated in the same estate Vlakovo and with the same interior layout and equipment (for 10 people max.). Smaller villa Marina is the 4th villa situated in the same big villa estate. When rented together, they can accommodate up to 38 persons, so they’re great for big family meetings, special events, team buildings…

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all amenities in the house.

Tourist tax - up to 1 Euro/person/day
Wireless internet access – 10 Euro/week
Pets (only small pets on previous request) – 5 Euro/pet/day
Surcharge for extra bed - 10 Euro/day
