Villa Marina is a part of holiday homes estate Vlakovo that has four country villas with shared pool. The estate is situated on the shore of eastern Istrian coast, in the village of Vlakovo, only 15 km from Labin, closest town with great sights to Raski kanal and islands Cres and Losinj.
Guests can enjoy their holiday in this picturesque country side and peaceful surroundings. This elegant and modern equipped estate with modern interior style provides unforgettable holiday to remember. The estate is approached along a pebble track. Passing through the gate, you enter into the courtyard. Villa Marina (240 sqm) consists of spacious kitchenette/dining and living room on the ground floor and a large terrace equipped with table and chairs. On the same ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor consists of two double rooms with en suite bathroom with shower – one of the rooms has sea view. The biggest bedroom also has en suite bathroom and two sea view balconies.

*Villa Marina is the smallest of 4 villas which you can find on the same estate Vlakovo. The other three villas Ana, Biljana and Maggie are bigger and suitable for groups up to 10 Persons.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all amenities in the house.
