Villa Arancin is located in small village Vrbanj in the centre of the island Hvar, only 20 km from town Hvar. The estate of 1000 m2 is surrounded with stone wall to keep the guests’ privacy. The villa actually consists of the main house and cottage (total of 220 m2). All the interiors are equipped to the highest standard. The main house has a kitchen with dining area, utility room, double bedroom and ensuite bathroom located on the ground floor. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and twin bedroom with bathroom in the loft. The main house has a shaded terrace with dining furniture and BBQ area in separate small stone building. The separate cottage has fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the upper floor. Between the main house and the cottage is a private swimming pool (3.5 x 7 x 1.7 m) and garden.
The villa is perfect for a group of 10 friends or family members that would like to enjoy the sights and sounds of Dalmatia – the tranquility of the inland villages of the island Hvar and popular towns and historic sites on the shore. The closest beach is about 3 km downhill from the villa.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: use of facilities and equipment, bedding and towels (changed once weekly), final cleaning, tourist taxes
Extra payments: Security deposit is 300 Euro.
Shorter stays are possible out of high season with a 25% surcharge on the price.
